- The Fleet and Industrial Supply center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Edwards Vacuum Inc, Wilmington MA 01887, for replacement parts for test equipment to support shipboard instrumentation. The authority for this sole source actin is USC 2304 (C)1, as implement by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency's requirement. Edwards Vacuum is the manufacturer of the equipment and is the only source capable of providing the required system modernization and standardization support. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of government. This notice is for information only. It is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers. The applicable NAICS code is 334515 and the size standard is 500. See Note 22
