- Purchase Program 2.2B, NSN 9130-01-031-5816, Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JP-8,. FOB origin or destination delivery of 4,000,000 usg to Hill AFB, UT, 5,000,000 usg to Mountain Home AFB, ID, and 1,000,000 to Gowen Field, Boise ID for a total of 10,000,000 usg. Ordering period will be Date of Award through 30 Sep 2008. Delivery period will be 17 Jun 2008 through 30 Sep 2008 with a 30-day carry over. This is a supplemental procurement, tied to RFP SP0600-07-0161 and will be available approximately 29 Apr 2008. Both solicitations will be available, at Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) home page (http://desc.dla.mil) and/or Federal Business Opportunities home page (www.fedbizopps.gov). A WWW posting notice will be sent to firms on the solicitation mailing list on the date RFP SP0600-07-R-0161-0001 is issued and posted on the DESC home page. If you do not have access to the internet, hard copies will be sent to you upon request. Requests for copies of RFP SP0600-07-R-0161 and/or RFP SP0600-07-R-0161-0001 must be submitted by fax at (703) 767-9269, ATTN: DESC-BCB Cindy Wicklund. If all certifications and representations submitted under RFP SP0600-07-R-0161 still apply, offerors may include the following statement in their offer rather than resubmitting all information: "All certification and representations submitted under RFP SP0600-07-R-0161 apply to this offer under RFP SP0600-07-R-0161-0001." All other offerors, will be required to complete, sign, and return the document entitled “Offer Submission Package” to DESC-BCB (ATTN: Bid Custodian).
