- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91ZLK08T0322 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-24. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 with a small business size standard of $6M. Services include: 10 portable latrines8 hand wash stationsCleaning 2 times per week NOTE: Cleaning service at the FOB shall include cleaning and emptying service two times per week on Monday mornings before 12:00 p.m. and Thursday afternoons after 12:00 p.m. See attached Statement of Work for further details. Award is to be made at a fixed price and for base year plus three (3) option years., 12, Months; LI 003, ACCOUNTING DATA COST FOR PROVIDING ACCOUNTING DATA SERVICESThe Clause AC 52.0237-4005 has been added and contractor is required to provide data on contractor manpower (including subcontractor manpower) for performance of this contract. Period of Performance 01 May 2008 through 30 Apr 2009 Contractor shall provide cleaning services and delivery of potable water and removal of gray water for a Government furnished hand wash station. Contractor shall deliver once a week potable water to a 500 gallon holding tank and remove up to 500 gallons of gray water from another holding tank. Delivery of potable water and removal of gray water shall not exceed 500 gallons for each tank. Both holding tanks have a 3 inch coupling for delivery and recovery. Contractor shall restock 10 paper towel dispensers (minimum of 2000 sheets) and 10 one- gallon liquid soap dispensers with antibacterial soap during each delivery. Paper towels must be one-ply or two-ply single fold with a minimum size of 10 x 10. Government will furnish dispensers for paper towels. Soap must be antibacterial liquid soap. Government will furnish hand dispenser pumps., 12, Months; For this solicitation, USA ACA Aberdeen Proving Grounds intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. USA ACA Aberdeen Proving Grounds is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
