- Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement for four (4) each Saddle Assemblies, in accordance with drawings 57-50875 Rev K, E88933 Rev AF, 57-30708 Rev L, 57-50873 Rev J, and Technical Data Requirements (TDR) 07-17021. This procurement contains Technical Data subject to Export Control Laws, see note 8. The Government intends to award a contract to the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors will be explained in detail in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured as a Firm Fixed Price contract utilizing Small Business Set-Aside competition procedures. All contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. For CCR information, contact the CCR Registration Assistance Center (RAC) at 888-227-2423 or for CCR Registration at http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil. Drawing packages will be available when the solicitation is released. Upon release of the solicitation, please contact Christine Somerset at christine.somerset@navy.mil to request a copy of the Drawings and Specifications. Please include with your request a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
