- The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for: Ammunition Box, 4,032 each, packing, Wood Wirebound, Grade A, Type II, Class I in accordance with spec MIL-B-46506D with amendment 7 dtd 21 May 02, except Note d of Fig 2 to beend boards project beyond edge of battens 7/8 -1/8 (see 3.8) and beyond ends of battens 7/8 -1/8 (see 3.8), IAW DWG 935467F dtd 22 Mar 07, boxes will be heat treated and preservative treated after assembly; Liner, Rear, Panels, 5,504 each, Size 11 -1/8 X 17 -1/8 X 3/8 Inch thick IAW DWG 9390714E dtd 15 Feb 00, wood/wood base construction and decorative, Type A IAW spec A-A-55057A DTD 30 Dec 94 and US Standard PS-1 for softwood plywood exterior, Type C-C plugged or better, treated IAW PARA 3.10 of Mil-B-46506, liners will be preservative treated after cutting to ensure all surfaces are treated; Liner, Front, Panels, 2,752 each, Size 11 1/8 -1/8 X 11 1/8 -1/8 X 3/8 inch thick, IAW DWG 12630596D dtd 15 Feb 00, wood/wood base construction and decorative, Type A IAW spec A-A-55057A DTD 30 Dec 94 and US Standard PS-1 for softwood plywood exterior, Type C-C plugged or better, treated IAW PARA 3.10 of Mil-B-46506, liners will be preservative treated after cutting to ensure all surfaces are treated; Liner, Seperator, Panels, 3,052 each, Size 17 -1/8 X 11 -1/8 X 15/32 +/- 1/32 Inch thick, IAW DWG 9390713F dtd 22 Mar 07, wood/wood base construction and decorative, Type A IAW spec A-A-55057A DTD 30 Dec 94 and US Standard PS-1 for softwood plywood exterior, Type C-C plugged or better, treated IAW PARA 3.10 of Mil-B-46506. Plywood liners will be preservative treated after cutting to ensure all surfaces are treated. Delivery FOB destination Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500.
