- DESCRIPTION OF WORK The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a complete set of services to accomplish hand tree thinning and slash pull back. This project will be posted to FedBizOpps as a pre-solicitation notice on April 15, 2008. The project will upload in FedBizOpps as a solicitation on or around April 29, 2008, and bids will be due at the Malheur National Forest office COB on May 22, 2008.
