- Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13. To furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct a "NON STANDARD SEWAGE AT GRADE MOUND" drainfield system and other required appurtenances in Mendocino County, California. Estimate construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. ALL REQUEST for an RFQ MUST BE MADE IN WRITING before 30 April 2008, any request made by telephone will be rejected. It is anticipated that the RFQ packages will be available aproximately 01 May 2008. This IS NOT a SEALED BID governed by FAR Part 14. There will be no bid opening. Quotations will be evaluated using the criteria for small purchases in FAR Part 13, hence the information concerning the apparent low will not be available until award is made. This RFQ is Totally SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
