- SYNOPSIS 08-0126-- A) IF INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING SYNOPSIS, PLEASE REGISTER FOR THIS SOLICITATION: email Eileen Kim at eileen.kim@navy.mil and include the solicitation number N00174-08-R-0028 in the subject line; your name, your organization's name, and contact information (address, phone number, fax number, and email address). Use your email "read notification" to confirm receipt of your registration email. The Government is NOT responsible for any undelivered email transmissions. B) NAVSEA Indian Head requires the following for the CKU-8/A Catapult program: Tubes, Outside in accordance with drawing 8593689 Revision C; Tubes, Telescoping in accordance with drawing 8593693 Revision D; and Tubes, Inside in accordance with drawing 8593695 Revision C. According to drawings, material of tubing is aluminum alloy. C) The duration of this requirement will be five (5) years after date of contract with each year representing one (1) ordering period. As their first delivery order, NAVSEA Indian Head requires 305 of each tube due 120 days after date of contract. Subsequent delivery orders will be delivered by the successful vendor at this same rate. Tubes are ordered and delivered together. D) This requirement is firm-fixed price (FFP)/indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 332999. The Size Standard is 500 employees. The FSC code is 1377. E) Valid* registrants to this synopsis will receive an email notifying them of the solicitations posting date and where to access the solicitation. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. F) Copies of solicitations will NOT be emailed, faxed, mailed or provided in person. These requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.
