- PR NO: RM08063006. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a CHARGER, BATTERY. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. This procurement is Unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6130-01-406-8964; Base Year AEQ: 12 each, Option Year AEQ: 12 each. The required delivery is 30 days ARO with FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. There is no surge requirement. This is a critical application and configuration control item but is not a critical safety item. A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is required. Stock locations to be cited on each delivery order. DSCR may or may not currently have an approve bidset available for this NSN. If a bidset exists for this material /NSN, it will be posted at the following website: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 30 April 08. Effective 30 May 08, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
