Description

) Remove gypsum sheet rock and ceiling materials to open up walls and ceiling and abate any asbestos. Walls are approximately 7 ˝ feet high by approximately 130 feet long. Ceiling is approximately 5 ⅓ feet wide by approximately 130 feet long. Walls – Approximately 7 ˝ feet by 260 linear feet of gypsum sheet rock removal Ceiling – Approximately 5 ⅓ feet by 130 linear feet of ceiling material. Abatement of Asbestos 2) Remove gypsum sheet rock and ceiling materials to open up walls and ceiling and abate any asbestos in Office -Room 116 approximately 12’ x 16’ x 8’ h and Lounge-Room114 approximately 16’ x 32’ x 8’ high. All measurements must be re-confirmed by the contractor, either during the pre-bid conference or prior to submitting their bid. The Asbestos Abatement must comply and conform to all Federal Asbestos Abatement standards of performance. The most recent asbestos inspection for Building #21 is available for contractor’s review. Upon completion of the asbestos abatement, certification of completion / abatement must be provided. This project must be conducted during Monday, June 27, 2008 through Monday, July 14, 2008.
