- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO SYNOPSIS SPM7M4-08-R-0018 ORIGINALLY POSTED ON 6 FEB 08 AND MODIFIED ON 25 MARCH 08. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN. This proposed procurement includes items within the Federal Supply Class 4710. See Note(s): 1, 9, and 26. The requirement will result in an award of a Firm Fixed price Contract for which delivery orders may be placed upon. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 17 April 2008 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for one 1-G item. This signifies that the Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is the only AMSC that implies that parts are candidates for full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The total duration(base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The QCC for this NSN is DAA. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside.
