- CONSOLIDATED SERVICES AT AQUILLA, WACO and WHITNEY LAKES, TEXAS. W9126G-08-R-0170 (Renumbered to W9126G-08-R-0176) Point of Contact: Terry Teichmann, Contract Specialist, (817) 886-1033. The Government requires Consolidated Services at Aquilla, Waco and Whitney Lakes that includes cleaning park areas and facilities, mowing park facilities, embankment and levee mowing, area mowing, refuse collection, portable toilets services, herbicide and insecticide treatment, water well services, and beach sampling as specified in the solicitation. Solicitation will issue on 15 April 2008. Offers will be due 15 May 2008, 12:30 PM Central Time. Period of performance is base period: 01 July 2008 30 June 2009 including four (4) one year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is 561210. The Small Business Size Standard is $32.5 Million. This acquisition is 100% UNSRESTRICTED. Service disabled veteran owned, veteran owned, and women owned small businesses are encouraged to submit quotations. The performance specifications will be included in the solicitation. After issuance of the solicitation, contractors may view and download the information viathe Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website (https://www.fedteds.gov) or the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) website (www.fedbizopps.gov). The FedTeDS website requires registration prior to use. Drawings, plans and specifications will not be available in paper format. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor FedTeDS and the GPE for amendments to the solicitation. In addition, each contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be awarded a government contract. You may register with the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/. After the solicitation issues, questions regarding shall be submitted in writing via ProjNet (ww.projnet.org, requires registration prior to use) by 8 May 2008. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at the Whitney Lake Office at 9:00 Central Time, 22 April 2008. The Whitney Office is located at 285 CR 3602 off Highway 22 seven miles south of the City of Whitney, Texas. No phone calls please.
