- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating a firm fixed price award on the following non-commercial items: 5 each First Article Check Valves, and 100 each Production Lot Check Valves. Vendors/Contractors are encouraged to respond. This requirement is being issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Non-Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached Solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) N00253-08-T-0123 and is attached below. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-24 are included in the attached Solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332912 and has a size standard of 500. Requirements and! evaluation procedures are listed in the attached Solicitation, which is required to be returned completely filled out and submitted on or before closing date. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610Quotes/Offers are due no later than 5/1/08 1600 hours Pacific Time. Contractors interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the attached Solicitation Form, to include pricing; providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all Representations and Certifications, DUNs Number information, and Buy American Act information. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database http://www.ccr.gov. Any questions should be submitted in writing via e-mail to: Gerri Renz at geryl.renz@navy.mil. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFQ or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
