- Description
- Construction Project: Work is to put a new roof on the Ice Harbor Resource Maintenance Shop in Pasco, WA. The existing roof is Polyurethane Foam (PUF) and asphalt cap sheet. The Contractor shall remove existing roofing to the wood deck. Install new Polyiso roof insulation and a fully adhered single ply EPDM roof membrane, this also includes new sheet metal gutters and miscellaneous flashing. There is approx. 9,500 square feet of roofing to be replaced. Estimated completion date is August 21, 2008. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation W912EF-08-B-0004 will be posted to the FBO website approximately April 23. Bid opening will be no sooner than 30 calendar days after date solicitation is issued. A site visit will be offered. See solicitation for details about the site visit. Solicitation is set aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned small business concerns. NAICS code for this project is 238160, and the small business size standard is $13,000,000.00.
