- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPAS) WITH LOCAL AREA HOTELS/MOTELS IN THE LAWTON-FORT SILL AREA FOR TEMPORARY LODGING. Directorate of Contracting Office, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award several Blanket Purchase Agreements for lodging within a 15-mile radius of Fort Sill, OK, for soldiers in a Temporary Duty/Temporary Change of Station (TDY/TCS) status. This proposed contract action is for providing lodging to soldiers when lodging is unavailable on post. Units will be arriving in April 2008, and individual rooms may be required in excess of 30 consecutive days. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in response to the requirements. All notifications received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to issue agreements outside the 15-mile radius based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
