- Description
- The Department of the Army, HQ, U.S. Army Joint Munitions and Lethality LCMC,Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. 07806-5000 intends to solicit and negotiate on a solesource basis with Laser Techniques Company, LLC, 14508 NE 20th Bellevue WA98007-3713, under the approved authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1); Ref FAR 6.302-1(ii)(B). This procurement is to deliver one (1) 40 mm Barrel Bore LaserMapping System. This Laser Mapping System shall involve a group sensors thatprovide precise and non-contact measurement including 3-D images of theweapons bores, plates, and complex surfaces. This system will provide aquantitative mapping of the inspected part in 3-D image allowing for featuressuch as pits, erosion, and deformation to be rapidly located and accuratelymeasured. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.See Note 22.
