- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Health Revenue Center, Topeka, KS (DVA HRC), located at 3401 SW 21st, Topeka, KS, 66604, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a Post Call Survey Solution to support our existing call center operation. The HRC is seeking quotations for a solution that provides all hardware, software, licenses, integration, support, maintenance, and training in accordance with the Statement of Work and the Request for Quotation in support of nationwide contact center operations supporting veterans and other internal customers of the VA. The Post Call Survey solution shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and Request for Quotation VA-702-08-RQ-0007. The solicitation document will be available through the FEDBIZOPS website on or about April 11, 2008. POC is Barry Fetzer, Contracting Officer, VA HRC, 3401 SW 21, Bldg 9, Topeka, KS 66604.
