- Contractor to provide all labor and materials to complete Project No. 568-08-202, Install New Water Tank at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. this project will remove two existing 80,000 and 100,000 gallon water storage tanks and install a new water storage tank. Work will consist of demolition and removal of existing water tanks, installation of new water tanks and associated work including but not limited to piping,electrical, exterior lighting, grading, fencing and installation of a retaining wall. Construction estimated is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is set aside for small veteran owned businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. Plans and specifications will be available approximately May 1, 2008. A $100.00 refundable deposit is required for the plans and specifications. Checks or money orders should be made out to the attention of the "Agent Cashier" but forwarded to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (Log-Con-HS), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD. Bid opening has been scheduled for June 2, 2008 at 3:00pm local time.
