- DESCRIPTION: Sources sought: The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS is interested in identifying sources to provide equipment and non-physician (Technical) personnel to render acute dialysis services to the veterans that qualify as beneficiaries of the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System. Service must be available 24 hours, seven days a week. The VA is also seeking Nephrologist physician services for 24/7 availability. Services will be performed at the VA Biloxi facility and equipment can be stored there. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621492 and the small business size standard is $31.5 million. Volume ranges from 5 to 20 treatments per month. Your response should identity your company name, point of contact with contact information, indicate you are capable of providing which service or both, capabilities statement including how 24/7 availability will be provided, such as relocation of staff. Please identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disable veterans owned or HUB Zone certified.
