- This is a combined/ synopsis for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is N00244-08-T-0292. The government is looking for: Nomenclature: Night Vision Device (NVD) AssemblyQuantity: 5Required Delivery Date: 17 Aug 08 See attachment for descriptions and specifications and other relevant information. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
