- NSN: 5940-01-101-0428, Splicing Kit, Sealing, (AIRCRAFT, STRATOLIFTER, C/KC-135). Approved sources of supply: Tyco Thermal Controls LLC, 06090, P/N D-436-0133. Unit of issue is EA. FOB Destination, Inspection Acceptance Destination required. Requested delivery is 60 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Long Term Contract with a base year with 4 one year options. The NSN will be solicited unrestrictive. The government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both, needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Pricing will be evaluated on the best valued price of the base year quantity and each option year quantity. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to your registration will be required.
