- NSN 3110-01-054-6335, Bearing, Roller, Cylindrical, in accordance with Sundstrand Aerospace, Cage 99167, drawing 5900976, Rev. G, P/N 5900976. This is a source controlled item with the approved sources being Timken Aerospace, Cage 78118, and SKF, Cage 52676. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum is 45 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 157 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 314 EA. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 132 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. Possible stock delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about April 28, 2008 and close on or about May 28, 2008. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
