- NSN 3110-01-286-7226, Bearing, Roller, Needle, in accordance with Naval Air Systems Command, Cage 30003, drawing 556AS122 Rev. B. The acceptable source is Timken Aerospace, Cage 60380, P/N 556AS122-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) which will contain a one-year base period and three one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum is 451 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 4,517 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 9,034 EA. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 70 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. Possible stock delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about April 30, 2008 and close on or about May 30, 2008. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
