- The Defense Media Center has a requirement for Transmitter and Antenna Systems. This is a Brand Name or Equal procurement. The Government will consider quotes only from authorized resellers of the manufacturer. The contractor must quote on all items and quote FOB destination. This is a total small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS is 423690 and the small business size is 100 employees. Quotes will be considered from all responsible and responsive small business concerns. The solicitation will be posted on this Website upon expiration of this synopsis for a period of 10 calendar days.
