- NSN 1670-01-088-4654, proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract for Knife, Assembly. Procurement is 100% Small Business Set-aside, only offers from small businesses will be considered. The technical data package for this procurement is available in cFolders, at https: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin applies. Item is critical application and configuration controlled but not CSI. First Article Government and Production Lot Testing applies. Base period is 12 months with an option to extend terms of contract for 4 option years. Estimated annual demand is 1876 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 469 each for the base year only. Requested delivery is 90 days. Possible stock locations include: San Joaquin, CA and New Susquehanna, PA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies.
