- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Western Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for Shell Vial and Test Tube Cells Products containing live organisms. Organisms MUST be live when delivered to Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington. The RFP W91YU0-08-R-0016 will be available on or about 8 April 2008 with a closing date of 23 April 2008. This RFP is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Per DFARS 25.204-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order. NACIS Code is 325413. Size Standard 500 Employees. Note 1 Applies. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
