- The purpose of this amendment/modification to the Combined Synopsis Solicitation, reference number W91WAW-08-R-0062_is to provide the Governments responses to questions received on this requirement on/or before April 3, 2008. Question 1. When we checked for the Guidelines on Submission section there was nothing available on the site Response to Question 1. Due to the character constraint for posting to Army Single Face with Industry (ASFI) webpage, only the Notice and Performance WorkStatement was posted. The entire Combined Synopsis Solicitation were posted to Contracting Center of Excellences webpage at https://eoaa.hqda.pentagon.mil/upload_dccw/securitylogin.asp Question 2. Is there an incumbent? Response to 2. There is no incumbent for this requirement. Question 3. What does 100% Small Business set aside mean? Is this the standard requirement for 51% of the work must be performed by the Small Business or does it in fact mean 100% of the work must be performed by the small business that is submitting the proposal? Response to Question 3. 100% Small Business Set-aside means that only businesses classified as small under NAICS 541611 can submit a proposal in response to this Combined Synopsis Solicitation. The awardee under this notice must provide at least 50% of the total labor cost. Question 4. We would like to respectfully request an extension to the due date in order to give our references time to submit their feedback questionnaire. Is this possible? Response to Question 4. No extension will be granted at this time.
