- Provide replacement bushings for GE power transformer rated at 115,000 volts hv and 13,200 volts lv. The MVA rated is in the 42-48 MVA range for West Point GA. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 333613 size standard 500. The solicitation will be available only as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fedteds.gov.
