- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under Solicitation Number W911WN-08-R-0011. NAICS code: 331513, Small Business Standard: 500 employees. A subsequent solicitation document will NOT be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, intends to issue a contract for the manufacture and supply of seven (7) Anchorage Eye Bars (#A-7), seven (7) Anchorage Eye Bars (#A-8), fourteen (14) A-14 Bushings with delivery to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This will be a firm-fixed price award, Total Small Business, with award made to the lowest technically acceptable quoter.
