- Requirement for award of a firm-fixed price service contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for landscape services (to include weed control, lawn fertilizer and applying a liquid herbicide)to areas at theCommemorative Area, Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with specifications, drawings and conditions contained in the Request for Quote. The term of the contract will be a one-year base period with a government option to extend for 4 option years. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 (including all option years). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million. This Request for Quote will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Bidding documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or about 3 April 2008. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic request for hard copies of proposal documents will be denied. Interested parties must access the web pagefor issuance of the Request for Quote, associated documents, and any amendments that may be issued. Contractors will NOT be directly notified of amendments. A site visit will be conducted on 11 April at 1:00 (meet in Bldg. 2103-Contracting Office). The Bid due date will be 21 April 2008 by 4:00 PM CST. All quote forms and other documents required for quote submittal may be accepted in electronic submission. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered.
