- Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and material to manufacture DYNEEMA panels IAW the Government provided drawings. This SoW is a requirements contract for a base year and 4 option years of providing dyneema parts to LEAD. This SoW combines the Phase One and Phase Two armor programs into a cohesive armor effort. LEAD will provide the P/N and qty of each item required (full kit orders and/or spare part orders) per paragraph 2E. 2. Dyneema Characteristics and Expectations: The following required features are based on the characteristics of projectiles and the size and type of Dyneema panel necessary to withstand the threat: A.Performance: Sources sought must be capable of producing Dyneema HB25 with 144-148 plies or equal. The part numbers required and related quantities are listed below in TDP Specifications, 2E. B.Delivery Address: Panels will be delivered to Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD C.Delivery Lead-time: Delivery to the customer to be within thirty (30) calendardays after the contractor is notified by LEADs POC or Contracting Officer of an order. Notification shall be by e-mail or phone call. Earlier delivery is acceptable and encouraged. D.Delivery Order Expectations: There is no minimum delivery order quantity. LEADs Program POC for each delivery order will coordinate a schedule for delivery dates and quantities. The Government will provide the contractor with no less than 1 week notice of a change to the coordinated delivery schedule.
