- The U.S. Army TACOM LCMC, Warren, MI, intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with WFEL Ltd, Heaton Chapel, Stockport, GB, United Kingdom SK4 50000. The contractor shall manufacture a 46 Meter Dry Support Bridge to be used for structural testing to confirm its capability to withstand Military Load Class (MLC) 96 wheeled for normal crossings. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, to the Government Point of Contact, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, Monday, April 21, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
