- This solicitation is unrestricted full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. Contractor shall provide hoptel services with up to (6) hotel/motel rooms per week for the Department of Veterans Affairs beneficiaries that are referred by the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS), East Campus, 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, AL 36083. The contractor shall be located within a 21-mile radius of this VA Medical Center. The VA intends to award a contract with a base year and four option years. Offerors are instructed to read the entire solicitation prior to submitting any questions.
