- Description
- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for several portable stratus table systems that worksas a table, functional or kiosk. They should measure 39.5 high x 43 wide x 26.5 deep. System should accommodate integrated graphic wrap; laminate top inlay; support up to100lbs.; no-tool set up; have over 18 cubic feet of storage capacity w/internal shelf,pull-out keyboard tray/supply drawer; optional doors with a keyed lock; accessory polew/integral wire management and provide ability to attach a flat screen forpresentations/demonstrations, a literature holder or customized graphics; lead managementsystem; locking casters; long-term warranty. Offeror shall make delivery on or beforeMay 1, 2008.NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Atlantic Skyline pursuant to FAR 13.106, forthe acquisition of supplies or services determined to be reasonably available from onlyone source. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 2:30 p.m EST on datelisted above. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purposeof determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
