- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Air Quality Testing, Monitoring and Analysis.Testing will be done 6/23/08-7/3/08, with tours and meetings to be done throughout the month of April. This requirement is sole sourced to Air Kinetics, Inc., 1308 S. Alec St., Anaheim, California 92805 as the only vendor able to provide these services immediately as required. Any firms believing that they can provide these services, with equivalent EPA, industrial, and training experience, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the testing without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
