- Provide and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment and other items as necessary to remove existing road materials and renew/replace as required. The project is located in the Celina Recreation Area; Perry County, Indiana, beginning at the intersection of Celina Campground Road and the Indian/Celina entrance road and continues south on the Celina Campground Road for 3460 feet. Work includes (1) Resurface the existing road for a distance of 3460'ft, ( 2) Resurface the entrance to Celina North Face Road for a distance of 50 ft. (3) Furnish, install, and compact 24" x 2" average of #53 aggregate adjacent to the resurfaced road and entrances to provide a shoulder. The estimated project value is between $25,000 and $100,000. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS is 237310 with a small business size standard of $31.5 Million.
