- The purpose of this modification is to correct the FedBiz Ops response due date/time of 9 Apr 08 at 5:00 p.m. to match up with the solicitation document's requeste response due date of 9 Apr 08 at 4:00 p.m. Furthermore, the purpose of this modification is also to answer the following question....I have a question about submission of the response for the PJ training solicitation. Is the deadline of 4:00 pm April 9 a post-mark time, or the "in the hands of the receiver" time? If we must have it physically in the contracting office by 4:00 on Wednesday, is it possible to hand deliver it, with permission to come on base? ANSWER: No the deadline is not a post-mark time, it must be physically in the contracting office by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 09 Apr 08. Yes, we will permit hand delivery, call David Clonts at (505) 846-6002 to coordinate delivery of proposal at the base gate. NOTE: Educational Institutions, please assure that your Contracts & Grants Dept. is reflected as being in on the proposal process and shows some type of written coordination through them.
