- This is a pre-award synopsis for the purchase of 5 each propellers and 6 each propeller kits with various components. Propellers and propeller kits are applicable to the C-130J aircraft. This is a sole source acquisition, due to unique supplies or services being available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities, under authority 10 U. S. C. 2304(c)(1), to GE Aviation DBA Dowty Propellers(CAGE 93366). The response date is 24 April 2008. An estimated award date is14 May 2008. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information or to communicate concerns concerning this acquisition. Note 22 applies.
