- Amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and IAW FAR Part 13. This amendment constitutes the request for quote for the required items under Solicitation Number W912DQ-08-T-0066. NAICS code: 238990, Small Business Standard: $13.0. A subsequent amendment document will Not be issued. US Army Kansas City District, Harry S. Truman Project intends to issue a contract for Underwater Dive - Replacement of Log Boom Flotation Buoys. This amendment deletes the Options for Inspection of Monolith Joints, Bid Items: 0003 and 0004, from this combined synopsis/solicitation and adds the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination. As a result of this amendment the Response Date is extended until Friday April 11th, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. CST. At A Minimum, Responsible Sources Shall Provide Pricing For The Following: A price proposal on letterhead including Tax I.D. #, Duns #, and Cage Code.
