- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Government intends to award on a sole source bases to Global Trade Information Services for access to the World Trade Atlas subscription including country merchandise trade data as subscribed to by the International Trade Administration with monthly and/or annual updates for International Trade Data. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 518210 (Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services) and business size standard is $23.0M. All responsible sources may submit a statement of technical capabilities which shall be considered by the agency. Information submitted in response to this notice must be in sufficient detail to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. Responses or questions results from this notice may be submitted via email to Juanita Beck at juanita.beck@noaa.gov, no later then April 11, 2008, no later than 12:00 P.M. noon Eastern Standard Time. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
