- CMS is conducting market research to identify firms capable of meeting our needs in the area of long-range public health planning. Provided as an attachment [or immediately following this posting in a subsequent notice] is a brief highlight of the Agency's needs in terms of an organization with working relationships with Public Health Universities; such an organization would bring to CMS a pool of qualified fellow candidates to address long-range health planning policy issues and concerns over the next two years. Such an organization would be required to have an infrastructure already in place to provide qualified and diverse fellow candidates and to oversee the hours, time and payment of these individuals who will be asked to perform at the Baltimore CMS facility. Respondents to this notice shall submit no more than a 10 page description of their organization and relationships with renowned Public Health Universities; the response must include a description of the organization's infrastructure that would allow it to oversee the interviewing, selecting and administration of those selected fellows. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal and no pricing information will be accepted. Organizations responding must also provide the following information in a one-page attachment to the response: (1) DUNS number (2) TIN (3) Confirmation of CCR registration and expiration date (4) Size status (5) Identification of any GSA Schedule contracts in place Responses will be considered in terms of capability of organizations to meet the Agency's needs. Respondents should not anticipate being contacted by the Agency as a result of this notice. Responses must be provided within 15 days of the date of the posting and must be submitted in the following manner: (1) two original hard copies to the attention of Carol Sevel (2) one electronic version to the attention of Carol Sevel
