- THIS PROPOSED PROCURMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project will consist of two tasks: Task 1 will be to remove about 52,000 C.Y. of tailings along valley floor and hauling the tailings to a constructed storage cell (Task 2). Task 2 will be to construct a repository using Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GLC) as a cap. Incidental Requirements and Plans to be submitted prior to start of construction: Erosion Control Plan, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan, and Health and Safety Plan. The Livingston Mill Site can be reached from Highway 75, then approximately 4 miles east of Clayton, Idaho, south on East Fork Salmon River Road (FS Road 70120) for approximately 17 miles, and west on Big Boulder Road (FS Road 70667) for approximately 4 miles. The Livingston Mill Site is located in Section 1 of T.9N., R.16E. NAICS code: 237990. Size Standard: $31.0 Million. Estimated Price Range: between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Estimated start date: 6/25/08 with 120 calendar days for completion. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside. This is a 100% Hubzone Set aside.
