- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order to deliver materials and train staff in installing a Wall Protection System at the Sisseton PHS, IHS Health Center. The quoted "unit price" must be an all-inclusive cost. All-inclusive "unit price" is defined to include freight, training, travel, time, mileage, and materials, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-08-069, shall be in writing either by email or fax. Please provide the postal mailing address to mail the RFQ package to. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be April 21, 2008. The closing date of the RFQ package is April 28, 2008.
