- NSN: 4720-01-187-6911. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: MIL-DTL-13444H. QUANTITY: 112,500. UNIT OF ISSUE: AY. Destination Information is FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery schedule is variable. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 2, 9, 23 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 4-23-2008. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base year plus four option years) shall not exceed five years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
