- The United States Government seeks to lease office / flex space consisting of 40,000 to 48,000 rentable square feet in Los Angeles County, CA within the following delineated area: North: Orange Grove Blvd, to 210 Freeway East: Rosemead Blvd. (Highway 19) West: Western Ave to the 101 Freeway to Vineland Ave to Sunland Blvd. South: Santa Monica 10 Freeway to the 5 Freeway to 710 Freeway to Florence The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space should be available for occupancy by November 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space must also meet the following requirements: - At a minimum, 4,000 sf of the space must have 25 foot clear from slab to ceiling. - A minimum of 80 secure (private, restricted access) parking spaces. - Easy access and close proximity to major east/west and north/south highways. - Single tenant building or end unit if the building is a multi-tenant building.
