- The Coeur d'Alene River Ranger District, Idaho Panhandle National Forests in Kootenai and Shoshone Counties, Idaho. Award from this solicitation will result in a contract to provide pre-commercial thinning common stand exam data collection services on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests' (IPNF) from the date of award through September 2010. Orders are limited by availability of funds each fiscal year. Collected data shall be submitted to the Forest Service on the PCT Examination Cover and Data Sheets, and in electronic format. The electronic copy will be made using either PCEXAMS software on the PC or EXAMS software on the personal data recorder (PDR). PCT Examination Cover sheet with narrative write-up must be completed for each stand surveyed. Start work date is June 2008, Estimated Quantity for 2008 is 255 plots and Contract time is 30 days.
