- On behalf of HUD-Office of Inspector General, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to award on a sole-source basis, a commercial service contract to ACL Services LTD of Vancouver Canada to acquire the following onsite certified ACL training courses; 105, 201, 252, 260, 291, 303, 501, and 901. This training will be provided onsite at various locations within the CONUS. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1). NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than April 21, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. EST. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to ACL Services LTD
