- Notice of Contract Action for a Sole Source Procurement SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT FOR ONE (1) Command Control Receiver. DESC: INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH WV Communications. The Air Force, Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to WV Communication, Inc., 1176 Tourmaline Drive, Newbury Park, CA 91320-1207. The Sole Source purchase will be for the following one (1) commercial item: PART: 370-450REC-20-CCD-S IRIG/Secure Command Control Receiver Description: 1.
