- This requirement is in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for proposal is N00253-08-R-0023. The NUWC Keyport has a requirement for the following non-commercial items: Computer Laptop ITA in accordance with the requirements of Navy drawing 7110726 Rev D. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334111 and has a size standard of 1000 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination. The solicitation will be available for download on or around 22 April 2008. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no paper copies of these RFP/amendments will be mailed. The RFP (request for proposal) will be posted electronically on the NECO and FedBizOpps websites. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP fro! m these websites and to frequently monitor the sites for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to paul.grdina@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the websites. RFP (solicitation package) is posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at www.neco.navy.mil and is also available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Any questions or requests for drawings should be submitted in writing via fax at (360) 396-7036 or e-mailed to paul.grdina@navy.mil. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation. *The following drawings referenced in CLINS 0001 through 0004 are Restricted: drawing 7110726 Rev D. Restricted Drawings and Technical Information will be attached to this solicitation in FedBizOpps. FedBizOpps is designed to safeguard sensitive, but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information and is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as NECO and the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. To obtain information from FedBizOpps, vendor/contractor must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR), have a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) and the appointed Data Custodian must be registered.
