- The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to perform sewer lateral slip-lining BLDG 415 for the following 1. The Contracotr shall tele-video sewer to achieve base-line condition and to provide an extent of existing damages to the sewer pipe. If excavation is necessary, it will be discussed at this time and preparations made for a change of SOW. All roots and any obstructions will be cleared of the pipe and then hydro-lanced to clean any residual debris. The pipe will be slip-lined with a cured in place pipe. Any tie-ins will be re-instated. Verification of slip-lining and all re-instated tie-ins will be via tele-video located on board USCG Training Center in Petaluma CA.
